SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We carefully package and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, items are sent within 1–2 working days from artwork approval, but if we need to source stock from our suppliers this can take longer. Deliveries to standard UK mainland areas are usually sent by next-day courier with full tracking details. Please note that shipping to surcharge areas may take longer—see below for details.

Delivery & Shipping Surcharges

Some of our courier partners apply additional charges for deliveries to offshore areas, remote parts of England, Central London, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. While we always aim to use the most cost-effective delivery methods, certain locations and heavier or bulkier items may incur extra surcharges.

The standard shipping rates displayed on our website apply only to UK mainland delivery areas where no surcharges are required. If your delivery address falls within a surcharge area, additional charges will apply.

 

How to Place Your Order with Surcharges

You have two options if your delivery address falls within a surcharge area:

  1. Order Online

    • Place your order through our website as normal.

    • We will then calculate any applicable delivery surcharges and issue a separate invoice for the additional amount.

    • Your order will not be dispatched until the surcharge invoice has been paid in full.

  2. Order by Phone or Email

    • Contact us directly to place your order.

    • We will include the surcharge in your main order invoice so that all charges are covered in a single payment.

If you are unsure whether your postcode falls into a surcharge area, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order so that we can provide an accurate delivery quote.

 

Surcharge Areas & Rates

Surcharges are applied by our couriers to the following postcode areas. Please note that figures below are approximate; a final surcharge will be confirmed when your order is processed.

 

England

  • Isle of Wight: PO30–PO41 – approx. £15 per standard consignment (up to 20kg)

  • London: E, EC, N, NW, SE, W, WC – approx. £5 per standard consignment (up to 20kg)

  • Cornwall & Devon: EX1–EX24, EX31–EX39, PL1–PL35, PL95, TR1–TR20, TR26–TR27, TR93, TQ1–TQ14 – approx. £5 per standard consignment (up to 20kg)

  • Channel Islands & Scilly Isles: approx. £50 per standard consignment (up to 20kg)

Scotland

  • Highlands: IV1–IV28, IV30–IV36, IV40, IV52–IV54, IV63, KW1–KW3, KW5–KW14, PA21–PA38, PA80, PH17–PH26, PH30–PH41, PH49–PH50 – approx. £40 per standard consignment (up to 20kg)

  • Scottish Offshore: IV41–IV49, IV51, IV55–IV56, KA27–KA28, KW15–KW17, PA20, PA41–PA49, PA60–PA78, PH42–PH44, ZE1–ZE3 (Shetlands), HS1–HS9 – approx. £50 per standard consignment (up to 20kg)

  • Industrial Scotland: DD1–DD11, DG1–DG14, DG16, EH1–EH55, EH91, EH95, EH99, FK1–FK21, KA1–KA26, KA29–KA30, G1–G84, G90, KY1–KY16, KY99, ML1–ML12, PA1–PA19, PH1–PH16, TD1–TD15 – approx. £8 per standard consignment (up to 20kg)

  • Scottish Grampians: AB10–AB16, AB21–AB25, AB30–AB37, AB38, AB39, AB41–AB45, AB51–AB56, AB99 – approx. £20 per standard consignment (up to 20kg)

Northern Ireland

  • All BT postcodes: approx. £50 per standard consignment (up to 20kg). A standard delivery fee of £50 has already been added to NI orders at checkout, if the final delivery fee is any more we will forward an additional invoice for the difference.
    Where possible, smaller/lighter items may be sent via Royal Mail or Evri to reduce costs, where the delivery fee is less than £50 we will reimburse the difference. Please contact us for a tailored quote before placing your order if you're unsure.

Republic of Ireland

  • Larger and heavier deliveries can cost around £100 per shipment. A standard £100 shipping fee will be added at checkout for all ROI orders. However if there is any difference we will invoice you before dispatching your goods (or refund the difference if shipping is less than £100). Please contact us before placing your order so that we can provide an accurate quote if you're unsure.

 

Important Notes

  • Postcode areas and surcharge amounts are correct at the time of publishing but may be subject to change by our courier partners.

  • If you are unhappy with the quoted surcharge and we have not yet printed or personalised your products, you may cancel your order within 72 hours for a full refund.

Accepting Your Order & Reporting Any Damages

We use a range of couriers to ensure we get your goods delivered in the most cost-effective way.

Please ensure your goods are inspected on delivery and any damages are reported straight away by calling us on 0113 2575757.

If your parcel is damaged please sign for the delivery as "DAMAGED" and ask the driver to report and log this to their depot.

Failure to do so may result in us not being able to claim for the damages with the courier and we may be unable to re-supply free of charge.

Please do not sign as "unchecked" as this will not be accepted by the courier if we need to claim.

​​RETURNS POLICY​

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on bespoke printed goods unless they are received damaged or faulty.

Any hardware which is faulty or damaged can be returned for a replacement. Goods must be returned at the buyer's expense and we will send a replacement on receipt and inspection of the faulty goods.
